How long will it take to get my package?
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, subject to availability, receipt of payment and credit authorization. We'll inform you if an item is out of stock. If an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
If you have not received an e-mail confirmation from the online store within two hours of placing your order, please e-mail us at email@example.com. In order for us to provide the best customer service, please include your full name and zip/postal code in your e- mail.

Shipping and processing fees are based on your order total (excluding taxes) and include the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging your products, and delivering them to you and/or designated recipients. The US standard shipping and processing rate is $9.95, and rush shipping is available for most items and addresses for an additional cost (except to APOs/FPOs). Standard shipping and processing to Canada is an additional US$10 over the US standard rate. Express shipping to Canada is available for an additional cost.
In most cases we ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPOs, the U.S. territories, Alaska and Hawaii through the U.S. Postal Service. A standard surcharge may apply to large or heavy items. Delivery dates are estimates only. Use guaranteed rush shipping to ensure arrival by a specific date. We'll inform you if an item is out of stock and if an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
In Canada, all packages are delivered by Canada Post. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be paid by you at Customs.
We offer two shipping options to Canada - standard shipping for $10 over the US standard rate and express shipping for an additional US$10 over the Canadian standard rate. The express option will result in your order arriving approximately 2 days faster than an order with Canadian standard shipping. We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date with this service.
2nd day and next day shipping is available for orders shipped to the contiguous United States (the 48 States and the District of Columbia). See charges in your order at checkout. Please allow an additional business day for processing.
The cost for International shipping is a US$60 flat fee for orders less than US$171. For orders greater than US$171, shipping is 35% of the order value.
Rush shipping for International orders is unavailable at this time.

All prices on Barbie Online Store are shown in US dollars (USD). The price is exclusive of any shipping and processing charges (added during checkout), import duties and taxes (assessed at Customs).
Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to incremental import duties and taxes. Custom and tariff fees may apply according to your country's import laws. These fees are not collected by Mattel, and Mattel does not have control of these fees. When placing an order on one of Mattel’s Family of Brands sites, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be paid by you.
Some items sold on Barbie Online Store may require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items; therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
Please allow additional delivery time for orders with a shipping destination outside of the United States.

About Our Shipping Boxes
For safety and legal reasons, our company name appears on our shipping boxes. On the shipping label "Order from The Mattel Family of Brands” will appear in small type. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping destination. In addition, all correspondence from us will include our company name above the return address
To protect your purchase, we may occasionally use biodegradable packing peanuts in our shipping boxes. Composed of corn and potato starch, they actually melt if you pour water on them. Of course, you can always re-use the peanuts to send your own packages, or donate them to local businesses for re-use. We want your order to arrive at its destination in good shape, just as you'd expect, but we also want to be mindful of environmental issues.
